Training:

• Length of Training: 68 hours
• Training Description: JTE will supply 32 hours of classroom training and 36 hours of on the job training to provide confidence in our franchisees and understand our proven process to success. Our ongoing training, support and mentorship will solidify our relationship as we all continue to grow.
• Personnel - JTE will supply training so you are able to recruit, retain and understand how to motivate
• In-Market Training - During the first 60 days following the opening we will send a representative to the franchisee BRAND business to provide additional training for up to three days.
• On-going training and support. Supporting each other is key and that is a big part of our culture.
• Operational and Marketing Tools: BRAND will provide franchisees with approved marketing and advertising materials, as well as implementation guidelines that have been designed to achieve our stated objectives.
• Our call center and lead generation group will actively work with the franchisee to drive business development efforts.
• An all-inclusive CRM to manage leads, email campaigns, estimates, scheduling, route optimization & Invoicing
